The careers project is a pan industry initiative between manufacturers, dealers, colleges and Lantra Sector Skills Council. Created in 2003 the project aims to help recruit, retain and develop people into the Landbased Engineering sector.

Launched by HRH The Princess Royal at the Smithfield Show in 2004 the industry strives to work together to provide a range of opportunities to a broad range of recruits.
